Innovative Solutions Unlimited, LLC

In 1997, Frank (the founder) lost his job after working at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant for 21 years as a design engineer. Today he is the CEO and President of Innovative Solutions Unlimited, LLC. This engineering, manufacturing and services company was originally established in the basement of his home located in Minford, Ohio. Expanding the operation into the OSU Endeavor Center in Piketon, Ohio proved to be a great move for the company. The facilities, services and staff so impressed the Innovative Solutions personnel attending the Endeavor Center ribbon cutting ceremonies they decided to become the second tenant. Today, Innovative Solutions continues to grow and hire new employees, many of whom, like Frank found themselves without a job at the diffusion plant.
